The offering drew robust demand, logging 70.63× subscription with 46,17,87,742 bids against 65,38,439 shares on offer. QIBs led at 194.92×, followed by NIIs (54.21×) and retail (10.42×). Priced in a ₹718–₹754 band, the ₹687.34 crore issue combined a ₹400 crore fresh issue and a ₹287 crore OFS; proceeds are earmarked for working capital, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes. The Gujarat-based company is a leading producer of auto, power and inverter-duty transformers, and is among the few in India capable of manufacturing up to 200 MVA at 220 kV.
