Mumbai | 29th May – The IPO wave from May 2025 is expected to carry over into June, with several companies preparing to go public. While official dates are still pending, market reports suggest that prominent names like National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL), Sri Lotus Developers & Realty, Indogulf Cropsciences, Travel Food Services, and Laxmi India Finance may launch their IPOs in the coming weeks.

NSDL IPO: OFS by SBI, HDFC Bank, and NSE

Among the most anticipated offerings is that of NSDL, which is planning a pure offer-for-sale (OFS) of over 5.72 crore shares. Existing shareholders, including major institutions like State Bank of India (SBI), HDFC Bank, and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), will be offloading their stake. Since the IPO is entirely an OFS, NSDL will not receive any direct proceeds.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) had approved the IPO in September 2024. In April 2025, SEBI extended NSDL’s timeline to list until July 31, 2025.

In terms of financials, NSDL reported a consolidated net profit of ₹83.3 crore in Q4 FY24, marking a 4.77% year-on-year increase. Its total income rose nearly 10% to ₹394 crore from ₹358 crore in the corresponding period of FY24.

Sri Lotus Developers IPO: Backed by Ashish Kacholia

Another notable entrant could be Sri Lotus Developers & Realty, backed by ace investor Ashish Kacholia. The company aims to raise up to ₹792 crore through a fresh issue of shares. The proceeds will fund investments in its subsidiaries — Richfeel Real Estate, Dhyan Projects, and Tryksha Real Estate — and help cover construction costs for its ongoing projects: Amalfi, The Arcadian, and Varun. A portion of the funds will also go toward general corporate expenses.

Indogulf Cropsciences IPO: Agrochemical Focus

Indogulf Cropsciences, a player in the crop protection space, is expected to raise ₹200 crore through a combination of fresh equity and an OFS of 38.5 lakh shares. The raised capital is earmarked for working capital needs, debt repayment, and the setup of a dry flowable plant in Haryana, along with other general purposes.

Travel Food Services IPO: ₹2,000 Crore OFS

Travel Food Services, which operates a network of quick-service restaurants and airport lounges in India and Malaysia, is planning a ₹2,000 crore IPO via an OFS by the promoter Kapur Family Trust. With no fresh equity issuance, the company itself will not gain any proceeds from this offering.

Laxmi India Finance IPO: NBFC Eyes Growth

Non-banking finance company Laxmi India Finance is also preparing to enter the capital market. Its IPO includes a fresh issue of 1.04 crore shares and an OFS of 56.38 lakh shares by promoters. The raised funds will be used to strengthen the firm’s capital base for future lending and cover general corporate expenses.

IPO Calendar Still Tentative

While these IPOs have generated considerable interest, it is important to note that none of the companies have officially announced their launch dates. As such, some of these offerings may be deferred to a later date.

With investor enthusiasm still high following six mainboard IPOs in May, June is shaping up to be another active month in the primary markets — pending final confirmations.

Bottom Line:
With markets riding on improved investor sentiment and recent successful listings in May, the upcoming IPOs in June could add fresh momentum to primary market activity. As companies across sectors gear up to raise capital, these public issues may offer diversification opportunities and drive retail participation further.

Are you looking to tap into upcoming IPO opportunities? With marquee names like NSDL and Sri Lotus Developers potentially entering the market, it might be time to start shortlisting which offers align with your investment goals.
