In 2022, started the cancer hospital and commenced operation of SRT Diagnostic Unit at Dhanbad in Jharkhand and Ballia in Uttar Pradesh.
The Company raised Rs 26.94 Crore through IPO by issuing 51,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each, through fresh issue in July, 2023.
The Company acquired all the shares of Asarfi Educational Foundation, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on January 30, 2024. In 2024, it started operations in the new Cancer Hospital in Ranguni with capacity of 50 beds and additional 50 beds in progress.
