The Company launched the IPO by issuing an aggregate of 5420000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each and raised Rs 32.52 Crores, comprising a fresh issue of 38,72,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 23.23 Crores and the offer for sale of 15,48,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 9.28 Crores on May 30, 2024. With this IPO, Company became India's first and only listed Corporate Trustee in FY 2025.
