Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited was originally incorporated on January 13, 1992 as United Fish-Nets Private Limited' in Andhra Pradesh. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to United Fish-Nets Limited' vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 20, 1993. Further, it was changed to Nylofils India Limited' on February 28, 1996 and further to AARV Infratel Limited' on July 28, 2016.
In 2022, the takeover of the Company was completed by a new promoter group led by Bhasker Kanyalal Bhatt, along with Rohan Rajendra Bhatt, Pathika B Bhatt, and Madhav B Bhatt. Following the 2022 acquisition, the Bhatt family took over control of the Company, and it was later altered from Aarv Infratel Limited to Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited with effect from 9 September, 2022. The Company changed its business from Telecom Infrastructure to Real Estate through postal ballot dated 14th August, 2022.
Initially, Company was engaged into the Business of developing and trading of telecommunication systems, telecommunication networks & telecommunication services. It provides Telecom related quality services of O&M, TSP, and SME etc. When it came to designing and implementing new systems, operators demanded a successful deployment in terms of completion time, cost and quality. In particular, they expected a smooth installation and delivery of new functionality that by no means disrupts running of network operations.
