The Company name was changed from 'Executive Management Associates India Private Limited' to 'EMA Partners India Private Limited' pursuant to fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 4, 2004 issued by the RoC, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently, the status was converted into Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'EMA Partners India Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by RoC, Central Processing Centre on August 05, 2024.

Later, the Company saw growth opportunities in Middle East and set up 2 subsidiaries - EMA Partners Executive Search Limited in March, 2017 and James Douglas Professional Search Limited in July, 2022.
The Company launched 'MyRCloud', which emerged as a technology recruitment hiring scale business in FY 2023.
The Company issued and allotted 61,30,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each, by raising Rs 76.01 crores through the IPO launched, consisting a fresh issue of 53,34,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 66.14 crores and the offer for sale of 7,96,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 9.87 crores in January, 2025.
