Fischer Medical Venture ...s Limited was initially incorporated as 'Fischer Chemic Limited' on March 22, 1993 and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business. The Company formed an agreement with the Partnership Firm 'M/s. Fischer Inorganics & Aromatics, Chennai to take over the partnership business as a going concern dated 19 January, 1994. The partnership firm was engaged in processing/Manufacturing of Laboratory Grade Chemicals. Now, the name of the Company has changed to Fischer Medical Ventures Limited on March 29, 2024. The Company was incorporated primarily to be engaged in the business of manufacturing of Chemicals. Pursuant to the change in Objects of the Company, there has been change in Nature of Business to developing and trading of Medical Equipment including the cutting edge Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) systems in India. The Company has acquired a leading innovator in radiology equipment including Mobile X-Ray Machines, Fixed X-Ray Machines, Computed Radiography Systems, and Digital Radiography Systems in FY 2024. It also acquired a firm specialising in providing IT and digital solutions, offering services such as IT consulting, software development, data analytics, and digital transformation. Further, it acquired a company that has revolutionised the animal vaccination industry with its ground-breaking delivery methods in FY24. Time Medical International Ventures (India) Private Limited was incorporated a subsidiary of the Company on January 25, 2024. Two new Indian entities were incorporated in FY 2024-25, Wondertech Medical Solutions Private Limited incorporated on 13th November 2024, and Nanyang Biologics (India) Private Limited, incorporated on 14th February 2025. Further, the Company has expanded its international presence with the incorporation of FMV International Ventures PTE Ltd, and FMV HealthCare PTE Ltd. as wholly-owned subsidiaries in Singapore on 26 August, 2024. Additionally, the Company acquired a 60% stake in Fischer Hospitality Sdn. Bhd, Malaysia, making it a subsidiary of the Company in 2025. The Company has launched an AI-driven Cancer Care Program for early detection, diagnosis and long term care in 2025. The Company pioneered to manufacture high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) systems, which launched at the facility in the Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone (AMTZ).
