Pursuant to Scheme of Arrangement, the iUnite Technologies Private Limited amalgamated with the Company and the Scheme was given effect on April 1, 2020. In consideration for such amalgamation, Company issued 2,475,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each to the shareholders of iUnite in June, 2022.
The Company purchased 100% shareholding in ASPL Info Services Private Limited, making it a subsidiary of the Company effective from February 16, 2023.
The Company launched the IPO of 18.738,958 equity shares of Rs 2 each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 560 Crore through offer for sale in September 2025.
