Subsequently, in accordance with the main object, Company took over the entire business of 'Oneclick Logistics LLP' which was incorporated on October 24, 2017 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar, Mumbai effective from February 10, 2023.
Having commenced on December 14, 2022, Oneclick Logistics is leading freight forwarder & logistics company, renowned for its proficiency in the fastest and safest cargo delivery. The organisation has been providing seamless, end-to-end logistics solutions to its customers, since its incorporation. The Company came up with a public issue of 1,000,800 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 9.91 Crore through fresh issue in October, 2023.
The Promoters, Mahesh Bhanushali and Rajan Mote have started the business of freight forwarding and custom broker in year 2017 under the name and style of 'Oneclick Logistics LLP' and have, since then, have consistently grown their presence, enhanced the scope of services, and increased capabilities and expertise with continuous learning and upgradation into the logistics industry. As of now, the Company is the member of World Cargo Alliance (WCA). The Company operate in all major ports in India ... as well as private ports such as Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Delhi ICD, Pipavav, Chennai and ICD Ahmedabad.
