The Company is engaged in the business of providing Aluminium products to both domestic and international customers. It has product range, which includes the manufacturing of Aluminium Alloyed Ingots, Aluminium Billets, Aluminium Slabs, Aluminium Sheets, Aluminium Circles and Battery Housing of EV's. These products find application across various industries including Cookware, Consumer Appliances, Electric Vehicle, LED, Aviation, Defence, Automotive, Extrusions, Constructions etc. The Company has experience in manufacturing Aluminium Alloyed Ingots required for High Pressure Die Castings, Billets required for Aluminium Extrusions Industry and Aluminium Sheets & Circles required primarily for Utensils and cookware Industry.
The Company started the manufacturing unit in year 2017-18 and later, started the exports of aluminium products to Middle East Countries and China in 2020; further made exports of the said products to Italy and African Countries in 2021. Thereafter, it imported the products from Europe, USA and Middle East in 2022.
Company launched the IPO of 30,00,000 equity shares having face value Rs 10 each, by raising Rs 58. ...80 Cr, comprising a fresh issue of 25,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 49 Crore and the offer for sale of 5,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 9.80 Cr in Sep'25.
