Company raised money from public through IPO by fresh issue of 37,80,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 15.4 Crore in February, 2023.
The Company started the Unit 4 expansion in Gujarat in 2024. Company commenced the Butyl Rubber Tape Unit III production in FY 2025. It launched innovative products including Butyl (Sealant) Tape, Fiber Glass Tape, etc.
