Tara Chand & Sons. The Company was granted the Certificate of Commencement of Business on February 23, 2012.
The Company acquired the ongoing business of M/s Tara Chand & Sons, a proprietorship concern of Mr. Vinay Kumar for a consideration of Rs.5,02,19,300 vide Agreement of takeover dated April 01,2012, which was in existence since 1989. Later, the Company changed its name from 'Tara Chand Logistic Solutions Limited' to 'Tara Chand InfraLogistic Solutions Limited' effective November 11, 2022.

The major clientele includes Reliance industries ltd., Larsen & Toubro Ltd. (seven Independent Companies), Steel Authority of India Ltd., Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd., Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., Tata Projects Ltd., Hindustan Construction Company Ltd., Vedanta Ltd., J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd., NCC Ltd., Welspun Corp, ITD Cementation India Ltd., Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., Gayatri Projects Ltd, Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd.
In Warehousing Division, the Company handled 1.5 million MT of steel in nine months upto December 31, 2017. It acquired an 800 MT crane, Liebherr LTM1800, from Liebherr Mexico in August 2017.
In 2018-19, the Company enhanced its capacity in the heavy lift cranes that are required for erection of precast elements in metro projects and large flyovers which are being constructed across the country. Further, it ventured in equipment used for underground engineering with a specific focus on acquiring hydraulic piling rigs. It further acquired and deployed equipment used for mixing of concrete (concrete batching plant) and placing of concrete (mobile boom placers).
In July 2023, the Company acquired India's first and tallest (68 meters) Aerial Working Platform (Boomlift / Manlift).
