Trishakti Industries Limited was initially incorporated as Trishakti Electronics & Industries Limited in 1985. The name of the Company was changed to Trishakti Industries Limited on September 30, 2020. The Company has a professional team comprising of experienced engineers and oil & gas exploration experts having expertise in oil exploration and in-depth technical knowledge of the local market for the company's core business activity as well as good business relations with client organizations. The Company is an Infrastructure & Oil & Gas Exploration Service providing services to the well known companies including Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited, the biggest oil & gas exploration company in India and also other PSUs, Private and Multi National(MNC's) as clients. The company has also entered the market dealing in stock and shares. The Company is currently engaged in the field of Infrastructure/Heavy Equipment lease rental including crane rentals including pilling rings, crawler cranes, truck cranes and Grabs for Steel & Power Projects. Over the years, the Company has established strong partnerships with several industry leaders such as Tata Steel, Larsen & Toubro, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), ITD Cementation, Jindal Group, Adani Group, KEC International, NCC Limited, among others. With substantial public and private sector investments being channeled into transportation, urban development, power, and port infrastruc ...ture, the Company is well-placed to capitalize on the resulting opportunities. The Company started with as Commission Agent of Globalized Company for bidding ONGC Global Tender and also Oil India Limited and explore hiring of its crane to Real Estate sector, which also revived to some extent in Eastern India. Trishakti acquired one acres of land at IT Park, Bantala, Kolkata to set up its own IT/ITeS unit.
