In addition to this, Company has adopted a forward-looking approach by diversifying into new sectors in line with its strategic growth objectives. During the period 2024-25, Company has expanded its scope of operations by amending its Memorandum of Association (MOA) to include machinery manufacturing and trading as one of its main objects.
Company incorporated Yogi Elitemach Private Limited on 8th March 2025 as its wholly-owned subsidiary in FY 2024-25. Company further acquired 100% stake of Yogi Elitemach Private Limited.
