ICICI Prudential AMC IPO Key Details

The ₹10,602.65-crore IPO was structured entirely as an offer for sale (OFS) of 4.90 crore equity shares by UK-based promoter Prudential Corporation Holdings. As there was no fresh issue component, the company will not receive any proceeds from the IPO.

The price band for the issue was fixed at ₹2,061 to ₹2,165 per share. Post issue, ICICI Bank continues to hold a 51% stake, while Prudential Corporation Holdings owns the remaining 49%.

Grey Market Trend

In the unofficial market, ICICI Prudential AMC shares were trading at around ₹2,520, indicating a grey market premium (GMP) of approximately 16.4% over the upper price band of ₹2,165.
