Common questions about payment process
The investors can choose their preferred mode of payment, such as UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, or Cheques. If an investor opts to use UPI for the payment to registered intermediaries, then they have to do so only using the new UPI IDs allotted to registered intermediaries.
- UPI ID must show intermediary name with category abbreviation (brk/mf) before @
- Right side must contain "@valid" followed by bank name
- Confirmation screen must show white thumbs-up inside green triangle
- QR code must show validation icon and UPI ID below it
No. The new UPI IDs are only for intermediaries to obtain. Investors can continue using their existing UPI IDs.
In case of any technical difficulty, investors are requested to approach their respective bank.
