The Company further acquired shares of Triveni Kripa Buildhome Private Limited, making it a 100% subsidiary Company in 2016.
In October 2016, the Company made a public issue by raising funds of Rs 4.22 crores and issuing 10,56,000 Equity Shares.
The Company has completed Terrace Apartment Sunshine Prime- Jaipur, Sunshine Kalyan -3BHK Premium Apartments, Sunshine Bhagat- Commercial Project at Jaipur near Ambabari and Murlipura in FY 2025.
