Since then, Company has been operating in the manufacturing of plastic engineering components and sub-assemblies with new technology machinery situated at Nashik, Maharashtra. The Company is specialized in molding the materials to produce components like Thermoplastic Injection, Thermoset Injection, Thermoset transfer and Compression Moulding. ... The Company is focused in molding activities and provide innovative solutions. All the molding takes place at their facility on machines which has a capacity ranging from 60-450 tonnes.
The Company came up with an Initial Public Offering of 11,02,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each by raising funds from public aggregating to Rs 15.4 Crore comprising a fresh issue of 7,00,000 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs 9.8 Crore and 4,02,000 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs 5.6 Crore through Offer for Sale in September, 2023.
