In 2023, the Company acquired Middle Eastern game publisher Publishme and skill gaming platform OpenPlay. It acquired WildWorks to strengthen the Gamified Early Learning Division.
The Company further acquired Comic Con India, Publish.Me, Ninja, Freaks4U (investment), Branded and also acquired the IP related to
Playground in FY 2024. It has acquired WildWorks for its gaming division in the USA market by diversifying the product portfolio during the year 2024.
In FY25, Company acquired Fusebox establishing a stronghold in narrative-based mobile gaming. It entered offline gaming with Funky Monkeys and Smaaash, creating a 360° gaming ecosystem. It took full ownership of Kiddopia enabling fungible cash flows and faster strategic execution. It strengthen the mobile portfolio by acquiring gaming of IP C.A.T.S. and King of Thieves from ZeptoLab.
