Pursuant to such acquisition, Company also got access to the clientele served by eData Solutions Inc.
Company launched the IPO by issuing an aggregate of 20,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each, by raising Rs 27.6 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 16,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 22.08 crore and the offer for sale of 4,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 5.52 crore in December, 2025.
