Remedium Lifecare Limited (Formerly known as 'Roxy Exports Limited) was incorporated in February 19, 1988. Consequent to change in the business activities and accordingly, in order to keep the name of the Company in consonance with the new business activities, the Company changed its name from 'Roxy Exports Limited' to 'Remedium Lifecare Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on November 6, 2020 issued by the Registrar of Companies.
The Company being a pharmaceutical company is aligned across two business verticals viz. products and services. Products business comprises trading and sale of APIs and Intermediates to innovator and generic pharmaceutical players in both domestic and international markets including the regulated markets.
Apart from this, the Company is engaged in the business of trading in Advanced Pharmaceutical Intermediates, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API's) and other pharma products used viz. Iso propyl Alcohol (IPA) ,Cyclohexane, DI Iso Propyl Amine (DIPA), Ethyl Acetate, Hydrazine Hydrate, Iso propyl Alcohol (IPA), Methylene Di Chloride, Potassium Carbonate Powder, Sodium Bi-Carbonate, Potassium Hydroxide Flakes, Sodium Chloride (Common Salt), Sodium Carbonate (SODA ASH), Amino isophthalic Acid, Tellurium(IV) Oxide, Grignard Reagent, Iodine, Selenium Metal Powder, Trimethyl Sulfoxonium Iodide (TMSI).
