RNIT AI Solutions Limited was initially established as 'Autopal Industries Limited' in October, 1995. The name of the Company has been changed from Autopal Industries Limited to RNIT AI Solutions Limited in February, 2025. Earlier, the Company, a part of the Autopal Group was promoted by Autolite India with the main objective to manufacture automobile lamps and bulbs.
The Company came out with a public issue in 1992 and set up two units at Sanganer in Rajasthan and Gurgaon in Haryana. The main products consists compact fluorescent lamps, halogen bulbs for general lighting and automobiles and headlamps for two and four wheelers including the new-generation vehicles.
