Seshachal Technologies Limited was initially incorporated as Supan Syntech Limited' in November, 1994. The name of the Company was changed to Parichay Education Limited in March, 2002 and again to Javelin Technologies Limited in July, 2003 and later on the name was changed to Seshachal Technologies Limited on October 31, 2007. The name of the Company has been changed from 'Seshachal Technologies Limited' to 'Antriksh Service Technologies Limited' with effect from June, 13, 2025.
The Company commenced its business from 25th November, 1994. It had set up a project for manufacturing furnishing fabrics for export purpose in Udhana district of Surat. The proposed installed capacity for production of these products was 6,48,000 mtrs. per year of different types of furnishing fabrics like tap ...estry, upholstery and heavy curtain cloths.
During Mar.'96, SSL came out with a public issue of 43,84,800 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs 4.38 crores to part finance the project.
The company's current line of business was initially into bio-technology related activities viz clinical trials, bio-informatics and IT data management. The business of the Company was affected during the year 2009-10. Since the Company could not found any profitable business during the year 2024-25, has operated in a very small scale. The Company is establishing in the business of Software developing, finding technology problems and solutions.
