The distribution network grew, enabling the Company to reach new markets and serve a diverse clientele. And hence, the Company focused on delivering user friendly, technologically advanced and affordable electric scooters.
Subsequently, on March 31, 2023, the running business of proprietorship concern of the Promoter namely 'Supertech Inc' was taken over by the Company, along with the assets and liabilities of the proprietorship concern as going concern.
