The Company was incorporated on 19th September, 1990 as a Private Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat and thereafter converted in to Limited Company w.e.f. 17th September, 1994 and obtained change of name certificate on 29th September, 1994. The Company is a Non-Systemically Important Non-Deposit taking Non Banking Financial Company.
