Mumbai | September 12   – The Urban Company IPO closes today, September 12, after witnessing strong demand across investor categories. The issue, which opened on September 9, has already been subscribed 14.42 times by Day 3, with retail and non-institutional investors leading the bids.

The Urban Company IPO allotment date is likely on Monday, September 15, 2025, after which investors can check their status online through the registrar portal (MUFG Intime India), as well as the NSE and BSE websites.
