Fractal Analytics IPO subscription details

Fractal Analytics’ IPO ended Day 3 with total subscription of 2.66 times, according to exchange data.

The ₹2,834-crore issue received bids for 4.94 crore shares against 1.85 crore shares on offer. Institutional investors led demand in the final hours of bidding.

  • Total Subscription: 2.66 times
  • Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs): 4.18 times
  • Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs): 1.06 times
  • Retail Individual Investors (RIIs): 1.03 times

Anchor investment and valuation

Ahead of the IPO opening, the company raised ₹1,248.26 crore from anchor investors.

The price band for the issue was fixed at ₹857–₹900 per share, valuing the company at nearly ₹15,500 crore at the upper end of the band.

Grey market premium

The grey market premium (GMP) was largely flat, according to market participants, indicating limited listing expectations at current levels.
