The Company is a Non-Banking Financial Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India. With effect from 18th June 2003 the Company was permitted to carry on the business of a non-banking financial institution as a non-deposit taking Company by RBI. The Company has a Lending policy of 'Security and Liquidity'.
