Thereafter, the Company acquired the business of Proprietorship Concern of one of the Promoter Ms. Prajapati Hetalben Girdharilal viz, M/s MG Pharma through the business transfer agreement dated July 02, 2023. Subsequently the business of sole proprietorship firm was transferred into Medistep Healthcare Limited as a going concern.
Before the incorporation of Medistep Healthcare Limited, M/s MG Pharma was involved in the business of trading/distribution of pharmaceutical products, intimate care and hygiene products, surgical products, equipment and Nutraceutical products.
