Further, Company's name changed from 'Praruh Private Limited' to 'Praruh Technologies Private Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 22, 2024 and it subsequently converted the status into Public Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 27, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
