Pursuant to the Scheme becoming effective, the whole of the 'Realty Business' referred to as the Demerged Undertaking of the Company under the Scheme, has b ...een demerged from Raymond Limited and vested into the Company with effect from April 1, 2025. In terms of the Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger, Company has allotted 6,65,73,731 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to the shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 1:1 on May 14, 2025.
