The name of the Company was changed to S.R.G Housing Finance Private Limited on 4th December, 2000. Subsequently, the Company converted into a Public Limited Company on 10th February, 2004 and the Company name was changed to SRG Housing Finance Limited.
SRG is a Housing Finance Company registered with NHB engaged primarily in home loans in the State of Rajasthan. The Company has been carrying on, as its main business of providing loans to Retail customers for construction, repair. renovation or purchase of residential property and loans against property.

In 2023, the Company achieved Rs 438 crores AUM as on March 31, 2023. It expanded the branches from 37 to 62. The Company further achieved Rs 601.59 crores AUM as on March 31, 2024. It expanded to 67 branches in 2024.
