History of Suvidha Infraestate Corporation Ltd
The Suvidha Group has been in its core business of construction and property development for over 3 decades now, and has consistently enjoyed a great amount of trust and loyalty from its patrons over the years with substantial land holding in Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Hyderabad. The Group has completed numerous Residential, Industrial and Commercial projects within Gujarat. Suvidha Infraestate Corporation Limited was incorporated on January 21, 1992. Initially, the Company was engaged in the business of dairy products and no manufacturing activity was carried out since 2001 onwards. Later, the Company changed the main object to real estate and infrastructure business through a Special Resolution on November 25, 2010. The Company completed its first project 64 Park Avenue' a 70 weekend residential plots project at NH8C Chiloda-Prantij Highway, Village Chandrala Taluka and District Gandhinagar in 2018-19. It developed 70 plots of different carpet area under a scheme known as 64 Park Avenue in FY 2024. The management has diversified business activities to the construction and real estate development business.
