The Company is in business of trading in IT products and of providing information & Telecom Technology (IT) networking solutions by way of LAN/WAN/Wireless/RF/OFC/VPN & Managed Services and installation services along with providing end to end business support service solutions and data integration, business process workflows, business applications, messaging, networking, communication development services, business process outsourcing services, IT enabled services to its customers across the globe.
In 2009, Company started offering managed broadband and connectivity services. It has now started out as a humble IT solutions provider and has now grown in only 12 years to build its own Repair & Distribution centre supporting over 12,000 retail outlets and 300,000 devices in the country.
The Company made an Initial Public Offer by issuing 22,80,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each by raising funds aggregating to Rs. 54.04 Crore, comprising 14,80,000 Equity Shares aggregating Rs. 35.08 Crore through Fresh Issue and 8,00,000 Equity Shares aggregating Rs 18.96 Crore through Offer for Sale.
