Subsequently, the Company name was changed from 'Renesco India Private Limited' to 'Valplast Technologies Private Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 01, 2021. Thereafter, the status of the Company got converted from Private Limited to Public Limited on August 18, 2023 and the name was changed from 'Valplast Technologies Private Limited' to 'Valplast Technologies Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation on August 18, 2023, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
Valplast Technologies is a civil engineering & construction company engaged in providing supply and installation of structural waterproofing system, injection grouting solutions for various type of infrastructure projects including underground structures, tunnels, landfills, dam, channel, shafts, canal, reservoirs, building and various other civil engineering projects. Further, the Company has recently started construction of Tunnels, Pre-Cast Concrete structures and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) engineering services in tunnels and underground structures. It undertake construction projects particularly in sectors such as Defense, railway, Civil structures etc. The majority of service includes civil & structural construction services contracts under sub-contracting by main contractors, who have been allotted the project by a pr ...incipal employer. Further, it has undertaken a few projects directly as a Contractor for certain private construction companies and government departments.
Following the Scheme of Amalgamation filed between Marti India Private Limited and the Company in 2020, the entire business undertaking of Marti India Private Limited was transferred to the Company as a going concern and the merger was given effect on March 03, 2020.
The Company floated a public issue of 52,02,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 by raising Rs 28.09 crores in October, 2025.
The Company has started construction of tunnels, Pre-Cast Concrete structures and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) engineering services in tunnels and underground structures in FY 2025.
