Allotment and Listing Timeline
The CSM Technologies IPO opened for bidding on 24 June and closed on 29 June. The allotment date is likely 30 June, with shares credited to eligible investors’ demat accounts and refunds initiated for unsuccessful bidders on 1 July. The stock is scheduled to list on both BSE and NSE on 2 July.
The issue raised ₹145.78 crore entirely through a fresh issuance of 1.29 crore equity shares. The price band was set at ₹107 to ₹113 per share.
