Shiprocket’s ₹1,617.48 crore initial public offering (IPO) will open for subscription on August 12, 2026. The book-built issue comprises a fresh issue and an offer for sale, with a price band of ₹92–₹97 per equity share. The company’s shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 19, 2026.

At the upper end of the price band, Shiprocket is expected to command a market capitalisation of approximately ₹7,057.5 crore.

It provides technology driven services, helping micro, small and medium enterprises, D2C brands and large retailers grow their offline and online business. The company offers services such as international shipping, omnichannel commerce, cargo logistics, checkout and payment solutions, along with hyperlocal delivery. Shiprocket currently serves customers in 146 countries through shipping routes connecting India with the US, UK, Canada, Europe and Singapore.

 Shiprocket IPO Structure  

The ₹1,617.48 crore IPO has:  

  • New Issue:  9.13 crore equity shares worth ₹885.50 crore  
  • Offer for Sale (OFS):  7.55 crore equity shares ₹731.98 crore  

The offer for sale includes sales of stakes by several existing shareholders, including LR India Fund I SARL Tribe Capital III LLC, MCP3 SPV LLC, Agility International Investment LLC and other institutional investors as well as co-founders Gautam Kapoor, Saahil  Goel and Vishesh Khurana.  

Objectives of the Shiprocket IPO Issue  

The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue towards: 

  • Expanding the Shiprocket platforms 
  • Marketing for the business and new business segments  
  • Improving technology infrastructure and abilities  
  • Paying back or paying off debts  
  • Buying companies or for general company purposes  

These investments are expected to help the platform grow improve technology and support long-term business growth.

 Key Things to Know Before Applying 

  • Price Range: ₹92-97 per share  
  • Retail investors can apply for least 1 lot of 154 shares 
  • The minimum amount required is ₹14,938 at the top of the price range 
  • Employees can get a ₹9 per share discount 
  • The issue allocation includes at 75% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) no more than 15% for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) and no more than 10% for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) 
  • The company works on a usage-based income model allowing money from merchants using its logistics and commerce solutions 

 Outlook

The Shiprocket IPO will remain open for subscription until August 14, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected on August 17, while the company’s shares are tentatively scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on August 19, 2026.
