Acceleratebs India Limited was originally formed as a partnership Firm under the name and style of 'M/s. Accelerate Business Solutions' pursuant to a Deed of Partnership dated May 20, 2011. M/s. Accelerate Business Solutions was thereafter converted into a Private Limited Company 'AccelerateBS India Private Limited' on September 09, 2022 at the Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, the Company converted into a Public Limited and the name of the Company changed to 'AccelerateBS India Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 20, 2023 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
The Company is a Digital Technology Services Company based in Mumbai, and having a satellite development center in Ahmedabad, India. The services include Digital Technology Services, DXP (Digital Experience Platforms) Consulting and Implementation Services, Digital projects, custom software development and consulting services, across leading platforms such as Crownpeak, Optimizely, Contentful, and Strapi. It build modern, scalable software using API -first, microservices architectures on Microsoft and Node.js. With significant experience in regulated industries (Insurance, Financial Services, Pharma, Healthcare), it also provide AI-powered solutions (chatbots, voice bots) and WCAG accessibility testing and remediation.
Further, Company has gained a lot of experience doing builds for regulated industries like Insurance, Financial Services, Pharma and Healthcare service providers .... It has developed 100% inhouse capabilities for front-end builds using React, Angular and Blazor. It is engaged in doing Cognitive/AI based application builds like custom Chatbots, Voice bots etc. and has started offering WCAG Testing and Remediation services.
The Company launched an IPO by issuing 6,32,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10/- each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 5.6 Crore comprising a fresh issue of 1,88,800 Equity Shares to Rs 1.7 Crore and 4,43,200 Equity Shares to Rs 4 Crore through Offer for Sale in July, 2023.
In 2025-26, the Company incorporated a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, Accelerate Next Inc, on September 17, 2025 (IST) and Accelerate Next Inc acquired Beanstalk Web Solutions LLC which became a Step-Down Subsidiary of the Company on March 06, 2026.
Through the strategic formation of North American network and the 100% acquisition of Beanstalk Web Solutions, Company has completed its transformation into a front-to-back, full-service digital agency in FY 26. Simultaneously, the Company is accelerating into high-margin recurring software revenue through two proprietary products: Beanstalk's Governance Studio, the newly integrated digital compliance platform, and the upcoming public launch of Getivity, an enterprise SaaS time tracking solution.
