Arisinfra Solutions Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Company as ' Arisinfra Solutions Private Limited' on February 10, 2021, registered with the RoC, dated February 11, 2021. Thereafter, the Company's status was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name changed to 'Arisinfra Solutions Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on July 29, 2024. Arisinfra Solutions Limited source construction materials from different vendors and sell them to customers who are primarily developers and contractors engaged in the development of real estate and infrastructure projects. The Company commenced its operation in March, 2021. The customer base includes large real estate and infrastructure developers and contractors, including Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited, J Kumar Infraprojects Limited, Afcons Infrastructure Limited, EMS Limited, S P Singla Constructions Private Limited, Real Gem Buildtech Private Limited, Wadhwa Group Holdings Private Limited, Casa Grande Civil Engineering Private Limited, Sheth Creators Private Limited, Puranik Builders Limited, and Transcon Iconica Private Limited. It launched 'ArisFlow' on a pilot basis, to automate and simplify deal closure in 2022. The Company broadened the construction material profile by expanding the business into major cities like Bangalore, Nashik, Noida, and Ranchi in 2023. The Company launched AAC Blocks to regular customers in 2023. It introduced ArisDelivery' to optimize delivery operations in 2023-24, and further launched a data assisted AI agent in March for real-time data access and business analysis with technology. The Company launched the initial public offering by raising Rs 49.95 Cr and allotting a fresh issue of 22,504,324 equity shares having the face value of Rs 2 each in June, 2025. In FY 2025, Company completed projects comprising the Chennai Peripheral Ring Road, Whitefield Bangalore, a Listed Developer Project, Mumbai Ahmedabad Bullet Train, Navi Mumbai Airport, Branded Developer Project, RMC supply, Chennai, Chennai Metro, completion of Ganga Six Lane Bridge, Bihar. In FY 2026, Company launched ArisInfra's third and highest-margin business stream, Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS), encompassing 9 active projects spanning approximately 2 million square feet having the Gross Development Value scaled to Rs 1200 crore. During the year 2026, the Company has initiated the amalgamation of ArisUnitern Re Solutions Private Limited into the Company.
