History of Dekson Castings Ltd
Dekson Castings Ltd was incorporated in December 27, 2005. The company manufacture parts and accessories of motor vehicles and engines. The company produces aluminium gravity and sand die castings which are machined at in-house machining facility. Its a full equipped machining division, which has 10 high precision VMC, 4 deep hole drilling machines and are continuously in expansion process. On a 5 acre site, the company created production facilities of 35,000 sqft (around 1 Acre) under roof. It offers complete solution starting from foundry, machine shop and surface finishing to delivery. The company developed specialised GDC SPM with tilting technology to cater to demand of highest quality castings for the customers. Its staff has been specially trained to operate on the GDC machines and produce the best quality castings. These castings are then visually inspected by the operator for any problems in castings. The company put a lot of effort into training moulders internally, because of large variety and complexity of castings the best way to transfer the knowledge of moulding techniques is through daily practice and training. On several moulding stations, the employees produce sand moulds and sand cores with chemically bonded sand. After the moulds have been poured and the casting solidified, the sand moulds are broken down and the castings are removed. The sand from the broken moulds is fully recycled.
