HB Leasing and Finance Company Limited was incorporated on March 13, 1982 for carrying on the activity of proprietary investment in stocks and securities. The Company is a registered Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) with the Reserve Bank of India. The principal business activity of the Company is to undertake financial services, investing and dealing in various kinds of securities.
