Further, Company's name changed from 'Praruh Private Limited' to 'Praruh Technologies Private Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 22, 2024 and it subsequently converted the status into Public Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 27, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Company is engaged in the business of consultancy in the field of information technology, supplies related to system integration & infrastructure, system delivery, Implementation & integration, complete management of IT operations and infrastructure. Services designed to facilitate the use of technology by enterprises and end users.
