About Victoria Mills Ltd

Victoria Mills Limited, incorporated on January 13, 1913 constructs luxury villas in Alibaug. The Company's business focus is on designing and developing high-end premium residential and Villas. It has carved a niche in the luxury segment by building ready to move in Luxury Villas. Initially, the Company was into manufacture and sale of cloth, yarn and cotton waste. Products manufactured included dhotis, sarees, shirting, printed poplin, volleys, grey and bleaching long cloth, gadlapat, coatings, etc. The dyeing calendaring, merchandising, yarn dyeing and minorizing operations, counts ranged from 18s to 80s are spun and the cloth width ranges from 24 to 64. Company implemented a scheme of demerger in April 2002, as approved by the High Court. Under this scheme, shareholders of the Company received ten shares of the new demerged entity, Galactic Enterprises Ltd. The company has been trading in fabrics in the local market and is exploring the possibilities of exporting value added fabrics. Initially, Company was incorporated as a textile manufacturer and has shifted the focus to real estate development, including luxury villas in Alibaug through its subsidiary, Victoria Land Pvt Ltd. The Company bought lands for its new projects and it started construction on these lands during the year 2022-23. ...
