The grey market premium (GMP) for the Aye Finance IPO stood at just ₹5 as of February 5, according to unofficial market trackers. Based on the upper end of the price band at ₹129, the implied listing price works out to approximately ₹134.

Business Overview
Founded in 2014, Aye Finance is a non-banking financial company (NBFC) focused on lending to micro and small enterprises. The company provides secured and unsecured working capital loans, including mortgage-backed and asset-backed products.
It uses a “phygital” model, under which it combines physical branch presence with proprietary AI/ML-driven underwriting to assess the creditworthiness of businesses without formal documentation
Its lending portfolio caters to customers across manufacturing, trading, services and allied agriculture sectors. The company operates across 18 states and three Union Territories, with over 5.8 lakh active customers.
The company is backed by leading global investors such as Elevation Capital, Alphabet, LGT Capital and British International Investment.
Use of IPO Proceeds
According to the red herring prospectus, the net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to strengthen the company’s capital base and support future business and asset growth.
Financial Performance
For the six months ended September 30, 2025, Aye Finance reported total income of ₹863.02 crore and a profit after tax of ₹64.60 crore.
For FY25, total income rose to ₹1,504.99 crore from ₹1,071.75 crore in FY24, while PAT edged up to ₹175.25 crore from ₹171.68 crore.
