Vidya Wires IPO Lists Flat at Issue Price After Strong Subscription

Subscription and Investor Demand

The Vidya Wires IPO closed with an overall subscription of 28.53×, reflecting broad-based investor interest. Retail participation remained strong at nearly 30×, while the NII category subscribed close to 56× and the QIB segment around 5.45×.

The price band for the IPO was set at ₹48–₹52 per share

The total issue size stood at ₹300.01 crore, comprising a fresh equity issue of ₹274 crore and an offer for sale of ₹26.01 crore.

Ahead of the issue opening, Vidya Wires mobilised ₹90 crore from anchor investors, including Bandhan Mutual Fund, Bank of India MF, LIC MF, Maybank Securities, MAIQ Growth Scheme and Alchemy Emerging Leaders of Tomorrow Series 2.
