Automobile Products of India Limited was incorporated on September 12, 1949 and is incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. Company is principally engaged in the business of trading and consultancy. Initially, it has been in the business of manufacturing & trading in Automobile Products and Automobile parts. Open Offer made by Kiyana Real Estate Pvt Ltd. was made in 2011-12 pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997, which completed on December 2, 2011, by making KIYANA as Promoter of the Company in 2012. Company carried trading in Polyethylene products in India during the period 2013. The Company started the business of Commodities Vehicle Management Services in FY2015-16. In FY17, it started the ticketing business of providing international & domestic ticketing for the international and domestic travels by various clients, It also rendered the real estate related consultancy services in 2017.
