The Company is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company for providing services of web and software development, mobile applications development (Android, IOS and Windows) Development, Search Engine Optimization with graphic designs and branding, virtual reality, internet of things, mobile and cloud based gaming, product development and technology partnering and consulting. The Company has developed white-label products having application in mobiles, consoles as well as websites. Thereafter, it help clients with planning, architecture, setup & implementation, migration, and management of complete IT infrastructure through developing proprietary software applications, enterprise-based solutions, and support. The Company acquired shares of Fetuz Hatcher Private Limited, which ceased to be the Subsidiary company of the Company effective from De ...cember 31, 2022. In August 2023, Company made a fresh issue of 27,17,600 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each by raising money through IPO aggregating to Rs. 45 Crore. In 2023-24, Company has made groundbreaking advancements in gaming, blockchain, and AI, with a dedicated focus on virtual reality (VR) gaming. Utilizing platforms like Meta Quest and Apple Vision Pro, the Company developed immersive experiences that are transforming the gaming landscape. Insightly Dataworks Private Limited was incorporated as subsidiary of the Company representing 51% equity stake effective on April 27, 2024. Further, Company has acquired a 51.01% equity stake in ABCM App Private Limited, making it a subsidiary of the Company in FY25.
