Pranav Constructions IPO
Pranav Constructions is a Mumbai-based real estate company specialising in the redevelopment of cooperative housing societies. The issue comprises a fresh issue of ₹315.60 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹35.43 crore. Proceeds from the fresh issue are intended for redevelopment costs, debt obligations, future projects and other corporate purposes.
Glass Wall Systems IPO
Glass Wall Systems (India) provides façade and fenestration solutions for residential and commercial projects, serving Indian and international markets. The issue comprises a ₹60 crore fresh issue and a ₹367.89 crore OFS. Fresh proceeds are partly intended for a glass-processing facility to support backward integration.
Prasol Chemicals IPO
Prasol Chemicals manufactures specialty chemicals used across pharmaceuticals, paints and coatings, agrochemicals and performance chemicals. The IPO comprises an ₹80 crore fresh issue and a ₹420 crore OFS.
Kanohar Electricals IPO
Kanohar Electricals manufactures transformers and operates in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) segment, serving power transmission, renewable energy and railways. The ₹1,055.74 crore IPO includes a ₹300 crore fresh issue and a ₹755.74 crore OFS. Fresh capital is intended for capacity expansion, backward integration, debt-related requirements and other corporate purposes.
LCC Projects IPO
LCC Projects is an EPC company focused on irrigation and water infrastructure, including dams, canals, lift-irrigation projects and water-distribution systems. The issue comprises a ₹258 crore fresh issue and a ₹169.14 crore OFS.
Manipal Payment & Identity Solutions IPO
Manipal Payment & Identity Solutions provides payment cards, identity products, secure solutions and related technology products to banks, fintech companies, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) and government customers. The company is raising ₹805 crore, comprising a ₹320 crore fresh issue and a ₹485 crore OFS.
Rentomojo IPO
Rentomojo operates a rental and subscription platform for furniture, appliances and other household products. Its ₹1,255.57 crore IPO comprises a ₹150 crore fresh issue and a ₹1,105.57 crore OFS.
Steamhouse India IPO
Steamhouse India operates in industrial utility infrastructure, supplying steam and related utilities to industrial customers. The issue size is ₹414 crore, comprising approximately ₹353 crore as fresh issue and ₹61 crore as OFS. The price band, lot size and minimum investment had not been announced as of 5 September 2026.
Karamtara Engineering IPO
Karamtara Engineering manufactures solar mounting structures, tracker components and transmission-line products, and is expanding into wind-energy products and battery energy-storage systems. The ₹875 crore issue comprises a ₹675 crore fresh issue and a ₹200 crore OFS.
Asset Reconstruction Company (India) IPO
Asset Reconstruction Company (India), or ARCIL, is an asset reconstruction company focused on acquiring and resolving stressed assets. Its ₹732.97 crore IPO is entirely an OFS, meaning ARCIL itself will not receive fresh proceeds from the issue.
Veegaland Developers IPO
Veegaland Developers is a Kerala-based residential real estate developer operating under the Veegaland Homes brand. Its ₹210 crore IPO is entirely a fresh issue, with no OFS component.
Hero Motors IPO
Hero Motors is a Noida-based automotive technology company that designs, develops and manufactures engineered powertrain solutions for automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), with clients including BMW and Ducati. The issue comprises a ₹600 crore fresh issue and a ₹400 crore OFS. Fresh issue proceeds are intended for debt repayment, equipment for capacity expansion and general corporate purposes, including potential acquisitions.
Jindal Supreme IPO
Jindal Supreme (India) is a Hisar-based steel products manufacturer supplying mild steel (MS) black pipes, galvanised pipes, metal beam crash barriers and galvanised iron (GI) tubular poles for infrastructure, construction and agriculture. The issue comprises a ₹100 crore fresh issue and a ₹25 crore OFS by promoter entity VVJ Enterprise. Fresh issue proceeds are intended mainly to repay outstanding borrowings, with the balance for general corporate purposes.
SS Retail IPO
SS Retail is a Kolhapur-based multi-brand mobile phone and electronics retailer operating under the SS Mobile, Mobile Exchange Wala and The Mobile Space brands, with over 500 stores across five states in western India. The issue comprises a ₹360.75 crore fresh issue and a ₹140 crore OFS. Fresh issue proceeds are intended mainly for incremental working capital and new store fit-outs.
NSE IPO
The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) operates the country’s largest stock exchange platform for equities, derivatives and other securities. The issue is entirely an OFS of close to ₹22,561.57 crore by existing shareholders, with no fresh issue component, so NSE itself will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
Sonaselection India IPO
Sonaselection India is a Bhilwara-based integrated fabric manufacturer and processor producing cotton, cotton-lycra and blended fabrics for the fashion and apparel industry. Its ₹141.57 crore issue is entirely a fresh issue, with no OFS component. Proceeds are intended mainly for debt repayment and machinery purchases at its existing facility.
