Who is selling under the OFS?
The offer for sale includes shares from Nexus Ventures VI Holdings, Nexus Ventures VII Holdings, Razor Ventures Zepto, Contrary ZEP Holdings, Kaiser Permanente Group Trust, and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals. The final size of the OFS will be determined closer to the issue launch. Axis Capital, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities, Morgan Stanley India, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets, IIFL Capital Services, and JM Financial are the book-running lead managers. KFin Technologies serves as the registrar.
How does Zepto plan to use the fresh issue proceeds?
Zepto intends to use the net proceeds to expand its dark store network across existing and new geographies, fund lease rentals for existing dark stores, and invest in technology and cloud infrastructure. The company also plans to direct funds towards marketing and business promotion through its subsidiary Zepto Marketplace Pvt Ltd, and to pursue inorganic growth opportunities alongside general corporate purposes.
What do Zepto’s financials show?
In Q4 FY26, Zepto narrowed its net loss to Rs 1,538.67 crore from Rs 1,831.91 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations grew 75.26% year on year to Rs 7,497.64 crore in the quarter, against Rs 4,278.06 crore a year earlier. For the full year FY26, revenue from operations surged 103.63% to Rs 22,623.58 crore from Rs 11,109.94 crore in FY25, while the full-year net loss widened to Rs 5,905.19 crore from Rs 4,699.71 crore in the prior fiscal.
Where does Zepto stand operationally?
