Quant – IPO Lock-In Monitor – Fortnightly Review of Anchor Lock-In Releases and Post-Listing Stock Performance
Published on 01 Oct 2026
The IPO Anchor Lock-in Monitor is a fortnightly tracker designed to provide a consolidated view of upcoming anchor investor lock-in expiries across recently listed companies. The report captures key IPO and anchor allocation details, including the anchor bid date, 30-day and 90-day lock-in expiry dates, issue price, anchor issue size, total shares allotted to anchor investors and the quantum of shares becoming eligible for release at each lock-in expiry date. It also tracks post-listing stock performance through listing-day returns and returns versus the IPO issue price at the current market price. At the company level, there are separate sheets in the excel attached below providing a detailed break-up of anchor participation, including investor-wise allocation, group entities, shares allotted, amount invested, percentage allocation and share of the overall issue.
